Our beautiful fall weather at the winery allowed us more precious hang time for our olives. This riper oil is therefore rounder, with fruit notes in an unprecedented balance with our racy Italian varietals. All fruit was milled within 24 hours of harvest.Our exceptional Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil is annually certified by the California Olive Oil Council and is a perennial medal-winner. Our 2008 vintage is a blend of 77% Italian Varietals (45% Frantoio, 27% Leccino, 5% Pendolino) and 23% of the Spanish varietal Arbequina. Available exclusively at the Jordan estate or on our website.
